Our 1099 & W-2 Issuance Service is designed for business owners who need accurate, compliant year-end payroll and contractor reporting. We handle the preparation and filing of required federal forms to ensure your employees and independent contractors are reported correctly and on time. This service includes: Review of worker classification (W-2 vs. 1099) Preparation of Form W-2 and Form 1099-NEC / 1099-MISC Electronic filing with the IRS and Social Security Administration Guidance on state filing requirements, when applicable Secure delivery of copies for your records and for distribution to workers Important: A completed intake form and all required documentation must be submitted before any forms can be issued. This service does not include payroll corrections, bookkeeping cleanup, or worker reclassification—those services are quoted separately if needed. This will be provided after the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you are subject to a rebooking fee of $99. (The cost of 1 hr paid consultation) To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. All consultations that are FREE are via phone call/virtual meeting. You will receive a phone call at the exact time of your appointment (CST) from 615-236-1981.
