Consultation - Credit Counseling

Service Description

Includes an overview of what we can assist with that is on your credit the day of your appointment. During this consultation we will pull all 3 of your credit reports and focus on the details of what can be removed/corrected. This service cost $209 to start and $59 per month. Once you sign up, our credit monitoring service will be required through the term of the contract. A credit monitoring service fee varies between $19.99-$32.99 a month that you are responsible for keeping. Once all items are removed/corrected, we will counsel you on how to build credit. If have the option to continue to pay $59/month for assistance with this, or you can take notes on what to do going forward if you believe you can finish on your own. We pay $25 per referral, so you can eliminate your monthly fee! If you miss this appointment without contacting us in advance, you will be required to pay $50 and it must be paid prior to scheduling another consultation. This fee will be deducted from your starting fee if you choose to move forward. If you do not, you will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you are subject to a rebooking fee of $25. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you appointment is in person, our address is: 304 S Lowry Street Suite A2 Smyrna, TN 37167 Access to my office is on the side of the building that has "Bolin building parking" You will see mailboxes next to the entry Once you enter, you can either go up the stairs and my suite is on the right A2 Or you can take the elevator (it is kind of slow, but you would press "2R", and keep left until you see suite A2 one the right. All consultations that are FREE are via phone call. You will receive a phone call at the exact time of your appointment from 615-236-1981.
