Service Description

This includes Entity setup with the Secretary of State website, State of TN sales tax setup assistance, database research to confirm the business name is available, and EIN setup. We do not provide which entity is best for the industry of choice. Please have the following available: Name of Business, Structure, All Members/Partners, Address of business as well as personal address, payment for the LLC or the entity type (this will not go to One Chance Bookkeeping), Business Name Search. If you are forming a partnership, please have all parties on the call with you. The most commonly formed business is an LLC, below are the costs associated outside of our service fee: Tennessee LLC formation costs: $300+ Single-member LLC articles of organization — minimum fee of $300 Multi-member LLC articles of organization — $300 + $50 for each extra member The maximum fee for LLC articles of organization is $3,000. This cost structure is the same for domestic LLCs and foreign LLCs. However, all foreign LLCs will have to pay an extra $20 to register their name in the state. If filing fees are paid online, a service fee will be charged by credit card or debit card (2.29% of the amount of the transaction) or e-check ($0.95 per transaction).

Cancelation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you are subject to a rebooking charge of $25. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
