Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you are subject to a rebooking fee of $25. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you appointment is in person, our address is: 304 S Lowry Street Suite A2 Smyrna, TN 37167 Access to my office is on the side of the building that has "Bolin building parking" You will see mailboxes next to the entry Once you enter, you can either go up the stairs and my suite is on the right A2 Or you can take the elevator (it is kind of slow, but you would press "2R", and keep left until you see suite A2 one the right. If you arrive early and I am with a client, please have a seat on the coat in front of the elevator and I will come and get you at your appointment time. I look forward to seeing you then!
